Below are the results from the North District Championship meet, the meet was held at the Chinn Aquatic and Fitness Center in Woodbridge, Va on February 13-14, 2013. Fourteen new Tsunami team records were broken at the North District meet. Abigail Cook set six new team records, Annika Luce set three, Courtney Wolfgang set two, and Michael Luce and Cameron Murray each set one.

The 11-12 Boys 400 Free Relay also set a new team record.

Tsunami Swimming offers scholarships for all of its programs on a financial-need basis. Tsunami Swimming is a 501 C(3) organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.

How easy is it to donate?

• $10 will outfit a needy child with a swim cap and goggles.
• $30 will buy a swimsuit for a boy or girl.
• $45 will allow a child to have one free session of swimming lessons.
• $55 will allow one child to participate in the Swim
  and Stay Fit program for a session.

You, too, can get involved in Tsunami's Scholarship Program. You can donate enough money to pay for needy child's uniform, registration costs, or even class costs. Calling all RSL Swimmers! Tsunami offers a 4-day clinic to help fine-tune all of the critical swimming skills, including stroke technique, flip turns and starts. We know how crowded those summer league practices can be, so take a week before they start to get expert stroke instruction. Start your RSL season off right with Tsunami Swimming!

The 2013 Clinic will run Monday May 20 through Thursday May 23 at the Fredericksburg Academy pool. It runs from 6:30-7:30pm and the cost is $55 per swimmer. See the right column to register today!
