About Tsunami Swimming

The latest WAVE in swimming programs for the Fredericksburg Area is here, looking for those who have the desire to learn and the drive to see it through. As the only organization of its type to offer need-based scholarships, highly individualized lessons, and a non-competitive weekly workout, Tsunami has the right programs for YOU.

Below is a list of the different programs that we offer. You can read more about them by visiting each page on the menu above or by clicking on the program name:

Competitive Swim Team - The Fredericksburg Area's newest year-round swimming team for ages 4-18, headed by Coach Peter Maloney.
Swim & Stay Fit - An hour-long workout available once or twice a week in six-week sessions. Ages 5 through adult.
Learn to Swim - Half-hour swimming lessons designed to teach basic strokes and confidence. Ages 5 through adult.
Masters Swimming - For adults over 18, train and compete in USA Masters Swimming.
RSL Stroke Clinic - A one-week program that gives Summer League swimmers a head-start to their season with an intensive review of all four competitive strokes, starts and turns.
High School Warm-Up - Are those high school practices so crowded you can barely swim? Not getting enough individual attention? This program allows high school swimmers to start their training early and receive the special attention they need.
