Tsunami's Swim & Stay Fit Program is the only one of its kind offered to area swimmers. It is what the name implies, a non-competitive swimming program for those who want to keep in shape and improve their strokes throughout the year. It is open to adults and children over five who can swim a length of the pool on their own. Many summer swimmers use the program to stay in shape during the school year, and many families use the program as their weekly family workout. In addition to expert instruction, participants have the option of competing in USA swim meets. Read on to find out more!

Registration is easy. Below, you will find links to register online or via mail. To register online, you will need to have a credit card handy. Skills that our coaches focus on in the Swim & Stay Fit Program include:

• All four competitive strokes
• Stroke technique and drills
• Conditioning
• Freestyle and backstroke flip turns
• Breaststroke and butterfly open turns
• Racing dives from the starting block
• And much more!

Upon completion of each session, participants will receive a certificate with their best times in each stroke.
